These terms govern the use of prjgenuiworkforce.co.uk and the workforce services provided by PRJGENUI Workforce Ltd. By using the website or the services, you accept these terms.
PRJGENUI Workforce Ltd. supplies checked construction workers and crews to contractors in Hampshire, Surrey and the South East. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13205257. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
We check worker compliance, build reliability scores, and supply crews to painting and decorating contractors. We also build Workforce Passports for individual workers. The service is currently running as a pilot.
Workers must provide accurate information, hold valid Right to Work and CSCS credentials, and stay compliant throughout assignments. Providing false information may result in removal from the register. The Workforce Passport belongs to the worker.
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, make sure working conditions on site are safe, and confirm worker attendance and performance honestly. The Trust Score depends on honest feedback.
If a replacement search does not start within 60 minutes of a confirmed no-show, the day's supply charge for the absent worker is waived. This applies to confirmed no-shows reported through the dashboard or by phone.
Pilot pricing is confirmed in writing for each assignment before any worker is booked. Rates are not published on the website because they vary by trade, location, duration and compliance requirements.
Use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Workers and clients are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
We check workers to the standard described in our compliance process. We are not liable for the quality of work carried out by individual workers on site. Clients are responsible for site supervision. Our liability is limited to the supply charge for the assignment in question.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
